Shishito Peppers Pan-Blistered

These peppers make a great finger food or served as an individual appetizer. They’re very thin skinned so cook very quickly.

Shishito Peppers Pan-Blistered

Shishito peppers
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt (I prefer a slightly flakey salt for these)

Heat the oil in the pan until quite hot, add the peppers. Don’t over-stir as you want them to blister. Will take about 5 minutes total. Once you plate them, toss some flakey salt on top.
