Ingredients

  • 2 mint sprigs, fresh
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 6 black tea, (bags)
  • 3 cups water, boiling
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 5 cups water, cold

Instructions

  1. Prepare a pot of boiling water and brew the black tea with the mint sprigs for 5 minutes.
  2. Strain or remove the tea bags and mint. Pour the brewed tea into a pitcher.
  3. Add the sugar, lemon juice, and water then stir until the sugar dissolves.
  4. Serve over ice, garnished with fresh sprigs of mint and a slice of lemon per glass. Enjoy!
